Job Duties:

Maintain the restaurant’s P&L, managing labor, training, weekly scheduling, weekly
inventory, ordering of all products, vendor management, and menu management with
knowledge of how to make recipe cards.

Regularly review product quality and research new vendors

Organize and supervise shifts including all scheduling and time off requests

Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity

Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products

Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations

Control operational and inventory costs and identify measures to cut waste

Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses

Recommend ways to reach a broader audience by using specials, discounts, and social

Education:
High School Diploma or its foreign equivalent
Experience:
Three Years of Experience as a Chef. Experience to include, 3 years of experience in:
